Viewing payments, parking, and charging sessions
1. Navigate to the following address https://customer.aimopark.io and click Sign in.
2. Log in to the service with the email address that has been provided to Aimo Park.
3. Select the right organisation from the side menu and open the Orders-section.
4. Select the order you want to inspect.
5. In this section, you can see the details of your order.
You can view parking and charging sessions by selecting Sessions.
To view the monthly costs of the order, select Payments.
6. By clicking the desired monthly row in the Payments section, you can see a more detailed breakdown of the payments.
7. In the Sessions section, you can view the parking and charging sessions in greater detail. You can filter the list of sessions by year and month. At the top corner of the page, you can download the list as an Excel file to your computer.
