- Select Services tab at the bottom to view your permits. Then select Pooling permit in the My permits section.

2. The Pooling permit automatically covers all vehicles on your account. If your permit is for a parking location with camera detection, please ensure that your vehicle has camera detection enabled. If your permit is for a start-stop location where parking is manually initiated, see the next step.
Please make sure that camera recognition enabling the start of automated parking has been activated for the vehicle. If camera identification has not been activated, you can activate it by navigating to Account > My vehicles > and > Camera parking under your vehicle. You need to have added a payment card to activate camera identification.
3. Find the parking location you want in the app under Park and search for it by name or address. Use the slider to select the desired end time for your parking and from the bottom left corner, select the vehicle you want to start the parking with.
Please note that you can end your parking session if you leave the parking location before your chosen end time.
