- First select the Services tab at the bottom to view your permits. Then select Pooling-permit in the My permits section.

2. Check the bottom left corner to verify that a vehicle has been selected for the permit.
Please make sure that camera recognition enabling the start of automated parking has been activated for the vehicle. If camera identification has not been activated, you can activate it by navigating to Account > My vehicles > and > Camera parking under your vehicle. You need to have added a payment card to activate camera identification.
